Sujata Koirala

Sujata Koirala is the General Secretary at Center for Research and Sustainable Development (CREASION) Nepal, a not-for-profit organization that works in the field of environment, disaster, youth, and climate smart entrepreneurship. Sujata has helped established a Plastic Waste Recycling ecosystem in Nepal which helps CREASION to collect and recycle around 500 Tons of waste plastics every. Along with it she works with 5000+ grassroot level waste workers to increase their business capacity. She has successfully handled partnerships with European Union(EU), World Bank, WIEGO, UNOPS and Alliance to End Plastic Waste (AEPW). These partnerships have facilitated knowledge exchange, resource mobilization, and capacity-building initiatives, further amplifying CREASION's impact on environmental sustainability and community development.
Additionally, Sujata has played a pivotal role in leveraging external support, particularly from the European Union, to foster climate-smart entrepreneurship in Nepal. Through EU-funded initiatives, she has facilitated the establishment of 12 Climate Smart entrepreneurs in Madhesh and Karnali provinces, empowering local communities to embrace sustainable business practices while mitigating the adverse effects of climate change.

Mr Upadhyay has been working in CREASION since March 2024 as Team Leader of the Project Collaborative Approach for Preventing Plastic Leakages in Rivers of Nepal (CAP). Mr Ujjwal Upadhyay is a prominently skilled expert, manager, director and trainer working in the field of climate change impact, adaptation and mitigation, environment impact assessment, disaster risk reduction, sustainable development, circular economy, conservation, livelihood, transboundary water resources management, and education. Ujjwal has substantially devoted his career in sustainable development in an international context, focusing on development issues linked to environmental risk mitigation, climate adaptation, water management, landscapes, conservation and the society, including how communities can sustainably manage natural resources while working for increased resilience amid many environmental challenges. Having worked with various international organizations like ICIMOD, WWF, OXFAM, USAID, UNDP, UNEP, CICERO, VSO, ADB, Dan Church Aid, Finn Church Aid, Konrad Adenauer Stiftung,(KAS), RESTLESS DEVELOPMENT, The World Bank along with various international universities in Japan, Thailand, Europe and US including government organizations, Ujjwal has contributed to numerous policies and projects and have also published research papers and articles in prominent journals and books of international standards.&nbsp;

Jyotsana Thapa

Ms. Jyotsana Thapa holds a Master&rsquo;s&nbsp;degree&nbsp;in Economics from Kumaun University in Nainital, India, and brings over 20 years of extensive experience in procurement, administration, logistics, fleet management, travel and event coordination, as well as asset and inventory management. Her expertise includes strategic planning, strategic sourcing, vendor management, negotiation, contract management, cost analysis, and documentation &amp; archiving. Ms. Thapa has worked with prominent organizations such as Save the Children International, Lutheran World Federation, and the Nepal National Social Welfare Association (NNSWA) in Kanchanpur. She has also managed multi-donor funded programs&nbsp;including&nbsp;US-based funds, DFID, ECHO, Australian Aid (SIDA), JICA, KOICA, USAID, DanChurch Aid, Diakonie Katastrophenhilfe, Islamic Relief Fund, and UNHCR.

Ms.&nbsp;Lila&nbsp;is a&nbsp;dedicated&nbsp;environment professional. With a Master's degree in Environmental Science from Tribhuvan University and over four years of experience in project planning, management, and implementation, she brings a wealth of expertise to her role. She specializes in conducting environmental assessments and feasibility studies for various developmental projects, including hydropower, recreational projects, and transmission lines. She has experience working with and handling the projects of USAID, the National Geographic Society, Kindermissionswer, and Taksvarrki Finland.&nbsp;Her work promotes renewable energy and climate-smart project strategies through green investment and financing. With strong advocacy for green and climate financing,&nbsp;Lila&nbsp;is committed to enhancing financial support for micro-entrepreneurs through various ecosystems and mechanism developments. She is dedicated to grassroots empowerment and capacity building, particularly in rural communities. Outside her professional commitments, she enjoys reading novels, hiking, trekking, and exploring different cuisines. Deeply devoted to wildlife and environmental conservation, she thrives on being close to nature.

He is dedicated to leveraging his financial management expertise to ensure the transparent, efficient, and compliant use of multi-donor funds. His commitment to financial integrity and support for program teams drives the mission forward, fostering impactful and sustainable development initiatives.
In addition to his professional role, Mr.Pandey has extensive experience in yoga and meditation and serves as a yoga teacher with the Patanjali Yoga Samiti in Nepal. He is also active in social work, holding life memberships with the Nepal Red Cross Society, and the Community Service Center (Community Police).

Bishal Kumar Mishra

Mr. Bishal graduated with a degree in Mechanical Engineering from KIIT University Bhubaneswar, India, in 2012, Mr. Mishra began his career as a Trainee Engineer at Sriram Sugar Mills. He then moved on to work as an Officer in Engineering at Asian Paints Nepal.&nbsp;
Over his career, he has gained expertise&nbsp;in the field of&nbsp;maintenance, project management,&nbsp;installation and commissioning, engineering design softwares, manufacturing excellence, auditing, and the preparation and implementation of reports and guidelines.

Aanand Mishra

Aanand Mishra is a development professional, activist and social entrepreneur who embarked on the journey of the social sector at the age of 15. Throughout his 18 years&rsquo; career, he has worked on various development issues for organizations like UN Mission in Nepal, UNICEF, and the Government of Nepal. In 2005, he established CREASION with a preliminary vision to provide a platform for young and undergraduate students to enhance their skills in sustainable development.
He launched a volunteer-platform called Volunteer for Change (VFC) in 2010, to promote volunteerism in Nepal; he also designed and developed Rebuild for Change (RFC) in May 2015 as a response to the devastation caused by the 2015 earthquake. Similarly, he developed and executed social enterprise project- Recycler Saathi, a PET bottle recycling project directly working with stakeholders of informal waste sector.

आनन्द मिश्र एक विकास व्यवसायी, कार्यकर्ता र सामाजिक उद्यमी हुन् जसले १५ वर्षको उमेरमा सामाजिक क्षेत्रको यात्रा सुरु गरेका थिए। आफ्नो १८ वर्षको करियरमा उनले नेपालमा संयुक्त राष्ट्र नियोग, युनिसेफ, जस्ता संस्थाहरूको लागि विभिन्न विकासका मुद्दाहरूमा काम गरेका छन्। र नेपाल सरकार। २००५ मा, उनले युवा र स्नातक विद्यार्थीहरूलाई दिगो विकासमा आफ्नो सीपहरू बढाउन प्लेटफर्म प्रदान गर्न प्रारम्भिक दृष्टिको साथ CREASION स्थापना गरे।

Aasha Kumari Shah

Ms. Aasha Kumari Sah from Bardibas. She is currently pursuing her Bachelor's in Business Studies (BBS) at Bardibas Janta Multiple Campus. As a member of the Bardibas Child Network, she actively participates in local government and child welfare projects in partnership with Bardibas Municipality and the Pahuch Pariyojana. Aasha advocates for youth rights and education as a member of Pragik Bidyarthi Parishad and the National Adolescent Girls Network (NAGN), where she is the Bardibas Coordinator.

आशा कुमारी साह, बर्दिबासबाट। उनी हाल बर्दिबास जनता बहुमुखी क्याम्पसमा व्यवसाय अध्ययन (BBS) मा स्नातक गर्दैछिन्। बर्दिबास चाइल्ड नेटवर्ककी सदस्यको रूपमा, उनी बर्दिबास नगरपालिका र पहुँच परियोजनासँगको साझेदारीमा स्थानीय सरकार र बालकल्याण परियोजनाहरूमा सक्रिय रूपमा सहभागी हुन्छिन्। आशा प्राज्ञिक विद्यार्थी परिषद र राष्ट्रिय किशोरी नेटवर्क (NAGN) की सदस्यको रूपमा युवा अधिकार र शिक्षाको वकालत गर्छिन्, जहाँ उनी बर्दिबास संयोजकको रूपमा सेवा गर्छिन्।

Narayan Raj Adhikari

Mr. Narayan Raj Adhikari from Bardibas. He has completed his Bachelor's in Business Studies(BBS) at Bardibas Janta Multiple Campus. He holds experinece in working as a Junior Executive in Recovery at Sipradi Trading Pvt. Ltd. from October 2018 to March 2022. His dedication and performance led to a well-deserved promotion to the position of Junior Officer in Sales from March 2022 to August 2022. He is also involved in various program with Rotract Club of Bardibas.

नारायण राज अधिकारी, बर्दिबासबाट। उनले बर्दिबास जनता बहुमुखी क्याम्पसबाट व्यवसाय अध्ययन (BBS) मा स्नातक पूरा गरेका छन्। उनले २०१८ अक्टोबरदेखि २०२२ मार्चसम्म सिप्रदी ट्रेडिङ प्रा.लि. मा रिकभरीमा जुनियर कार्यकारीको रूपमा काम गरेका थिए। उनको समर्पण र प्रदर्शनले उनलाई २०२२ मार्चदेखि २०२२ अगस्टसम्म बिक्रीमा जुनियर अधिकारीको पदमा पदोन्नति गरायो। उनी बर्दिबासको रोट्र्याक्ट क्लबका विभिन्न कार्यक्रमहरूमा पनि संलग्न छन्।

Sujata Nepal

Ms. Sujata Nepal from Bharatpur. She is currently pursuing her Bachelor's degree in Agriculture from IAAS, Rampur Campus in Khairahani. She has served as an Enumerator for significant national projects. From October 2021 to December 2021, she worked with the Central Bureau of Statistics in Chitwan-Nepal as an Enumerator for the Nepal Population Census 2021. From April 2022 to June 2022, she continued her work with the Central Bureau of Statistics as an Enumerator for the National Census of Agriculture, gathering essential information to inform agricultural policies and practices. Her dedication to climate justice is evident through her participation in the Climate Justice Summer School 2023 organized by Digo Bikas Institute.

सुझाता नेपाल, भरतपुरबाट। उनी हाल खैरहानीको रामपुर क्याम्पस, IAAS, मा कृषि विषयमा स्नातक अध्ययन गरिरहेकी छिन्। उनले महत्वपूर्ण राष्ट्रिय परियोजनाहरूका लागि गणकको रूपमा सेवा गरेकी छिन्। २०२१ अक्टोबरदेखि २०२१ डिसेम्बरसम्म उनले चितवन-नेपालको केन्द्रीय तथ्यांक विभागमा नेपाल जनगणना २०२१ का लागि गणकको रूपमा काम गरिन्। २०२२ अप्रिलदेखि २०२२ जुनसम्म, उनले राष्ट्रिय कृषि जनगणनाको लागि केन्द्रीय तथ्यांक विभागसँग गणकको रूपमा आफ्नो काम जारी राखिन्, कृषि नीतिहरू र अभ्यासहरूलाई जानकारी दिने महत्वपूर्ण जानकारी संकलन गर्दै। वातावरणीय न्यायप्रतिको उनको प्रतिबद्धता २०२३ मा दिगो विकास संस्थाद्वारा आयोजित जलवायु न्याय ग्रीष्मकालीन विद्यालयमा सहभागिताबाट स्पष्ट देखिन्छ।

Ishwari Prasad Neure

Mr. Ishwari Prasad Neure from Bharatpur. He is currently pursuing his Master's Degree in Rural Development Studies from Tribhuvan University. He has worked as Human Rights Education Trainer at Amnesty International since April 2024. Additionally, as Club Membership Chairperson at Lions Club of Narayangarh Mid-Town. His leadership extends to his role as Club Director at Madi Jaycees (JCI Madi) and as the Owner of Shubha Shree Swastik Krishi Farm, where he promotes sustainability and innovation.

ईश्वरि प्रसाद न्यौपाने, भरतपुरबाट। उनी हाल त्रिभुवन विश्वविद्यालयमा ग्रामीण विकास अध्ययनमा स्नातकोत्तर अध्ययन गरिरहेका छन्। उनले २०२४ अप्रिलदेखि एम्नेस्टी इन्टरनेशनलमा मानव अधिकार शिक्षा प्रशिक्षकको रूपमा काम गरेका छन्। साथै, लायन्स क्लब अफ नारायणगढ मिड-टाउनमा क्लब सदस्यता अध्यक्षको रूपमा सेवा गरिरहेका छन्। उनको नेतृत्व क्षमताले माडी जेसीज (JCI माडी) मा क्लब निर्देशकको रूपमा र शुभ श्री स्वस्तिक कृषि फार्मका मालिकको रूपमा फैलिएको छ, जहाँ उनी दिगोपन र नवप्रवर्तनलाई प्रोत्साहन गर्छन्।

Puja Dallakoti

Ms. Puja Dallakoti, a graduate of Sarva Shanti Campus, began her career as a teacher at Kurin Boarding School after completing her BBS affilation from Tribhuvan University. Transitioning into finance, she worked at NIC Asia Lagubitta Bank before joining Lumbini Bikas Bank, where she now contributes her expertise in finance fraternity.

सर्वशान्ति क्याम्पसकी स्नातक सुश्री पूजा&nbsp;दल्लाकोटीले त्रिभुवन विश्वविद्यालयबाट बीबीएस सम्बद्धता पूरा गरेपछि कुरिन बोर्डिङ स्कूलमा शिक्षिकाको रूपमा आफ्नो करियर सुरु गरेकी थिइन्। फाइनान्समा परिवर्तन हुँदै, उनले लुम्बिनी विकास बैंकमा सामेल हुनु अघि एनआईसी एशिया लागुबित्ता बैंकमा काम गरिन्, जहाँ उनले अहिले वित्तीय बिरादरीमा आफ्नो विशेषज्ञता योगदान गरिरहेकी छिन्।

Sumitra Chepang

Ms. Sumitra Chhepang holds Bachelor's degree from Chandrodaya Multiple Campus. Sumitra has served as a Social Mobilizer at Development Exchange Centre, Nepal from 2019 to 2022. In this role, Sumitra played a crucial part in mobilizing communities, facilitating empowerment programs, and fostering sustainable development initiatives. Her commitment to help people in need prompted her to join Lumanti Support Group for Shelter, where she served as a Social Mobilizer, providing assistance to earthquake victims, aiding in shelter restoration, and assisting impacted families.

सुमित्रा छेपाङ्ग चन्द्रोदया मल्टिपल क्याम्पसबाट स्नातक उपाधि प्राप्त गरिसकेकी छिन्। सुमित्राले २०१९ देखि २०२२ सम्म नेपालको डेभलपमेन्ट एक्सचेन्ज सेन्टरमा सामाजिक सङ्घर्षकारीको रूपमा कार्य गरेकी छिन्। यस भूमिकामा, सुमित्राले समुदायहरूलाई संचालन गर्न, सशक्तिकरण कार्यक्रमहरू सहजकरण गर्न र टिकाऊ विकास पहलहरू बढाउनमा महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका खेलेकी थिइन्। उनको आवश्यकता भएका मानिसहरूमा सहयोग गर्नका लागि उनी लुमान्ती सपोर्ट ग्रुप फर शेल्टरमा सामाजिक सङ्घर्षकारीको रूपमा सहयोग प्रदान गरेकी छिन्, भूकम्प पीडितहरूलाई सहयोग प्रदान गरी, आवास पुनर्निर्माणमा सहयोग गर्दै, र प्रभावित परिवारहरूमा सहयोग प्रदान गरेकी छिन्।

Dil Kumari Bishwakarma

Ms. Dil Kumari Bishwarma from Golanjor. She is currently pursuing her education as a sub-engineer (CTEVT) at Shree Janajyoti Secondary School. Her youthful enthusiasm is evident not only in her academic pursuits but also in her experiences and engagements within her community. Through volunteer work, participation in youth programs, or involvement in extracurricular activities, she showcases a proactive approach towards personal and community development.

Ms. Pratiksha Paudel is currently pursuing Bachelor in Forestry Science at Agriculture and Forestry University in Hetauda. She is deeply committed to environmental conservation and climate action. As a General Member of Bird Conservation Nepal, she has been actively contributing to bird conservation efforts. Currently, she serves as the Vice Campaign Coordinator of Nepalese Youth for Climate Action (NYCA) Hetauda Chapter, overseeing the execution of climate action campaigns.

Mr. Abhishek Chand is currently pursuing his Bachelor in Forestry Science at Agriculture and Forestry University in Hetauda. His experinece is diverse as Media and Network Coordinator at Nepalese Youth for Climate Action (NYCA) Hetauda. He is involved as a dedicated member of Bird Conservation Nepal. His commitment to environmental advocacy has extended globally as he served as a Climate Ambassador at Eco-Network Global, advocating for sustainable practices on an international scale.He is a Fellow at One Million Leadership Asia (OMLAS), further solidifying his dedication to driving positive change and shaping a sustainable future.

Neelima Parajuli

Ms. Neelima Parajuli is currently pursuing her Bachelor of Environmental Science at Tribhuvan University in Kathmandu. Neelima has been serving as a Youth Climate Catalyst for the UNDP/My Community on Climate Action Project in Putalibazar Municipality since June 2023. She has also served as a Surveyor for Initial Environmental Examination (IEE) with GreenTech Consultant on the Nisikhola Rural Municipality River Extraction Project in Kathmandu. She has attended serveral trainings and workshops organised by various INGO's to amplify her knowledge and learnings.

नीलिमा पराजुली अहिले काठमाडौंमा त्रिभुवन विश्वविद्यालयमा पर्यावरण विज्ञान बिषयमा स्नातक अध्ययन गरिरहेकी छिन्। नीलिमा जुन २०२३ देखि पुतालीबजार नगरपालिकामा UNDP/My Community on Climate Action Projectका युवा जलवायु ध्रुवाधारकका रूपमा सेवा गरिरहेकी छिन्। उनले काठमाडौंमा GreenTech Consultantको आईईई (Initial Environmental Examination) सर्वेक्षकका रूपमा सेवा प्रदान गरेकी छिन्, जुन Nisikhola Rural Municipality River Extraction Projectको सम्बन्धमा हो। उनले विभिन्न अन्तर्राष्ट्रिय गैरसरकारी संगठनहरूको द्वारा आयोजित केहि प्रशिक्षण र कार्यशालामा पनि सहभागिता गरेकी छन् जसले उनको ज्ञान र अनुभव वृद्धि गराउने लक्ष छ।

Kapil Bist

Mr. Kapil Bist has completed his Diploma in Forestry from Tikapur Polytechnic Institute. He is currently pursuing his Bachelor's degree in English from Sunkuda Campus, Chir, Bajhang. Kapil has served as a Youth Facilitator at both the World Food Forum Nepal and the Nepal Red Cross Society, Kapil actively engages in initiatives aimed at addressing pressing societal issues and fostering community resilience. Additionally, he is a Chairman of the Student Welfare Committee at Tikapur Polytechnic Institute, where his efforts to enhance student welfare and promote academic excellence.
